Your Government Issued Photo ID and other personal information will only be used in the event that you hire the firm to represent you in your legal matter, and then only when necessary in limited use during the course of your case.

Government Issued Photo ID are most often used to positively identify parties. Some other examples of how this information may be used include:
  • Perform a conflict check
  • Identification and Verification of client
  • Law Society of Ontario compliance audit
  • Use of a contracted Agent or Associate

Through our legal practice we use AI (Artificial Intelligence) technology in order to do the following:

Calls are recorded for training and quality purposes, as well as for our AI summaries as above. Recordings are fully confidential.
